Rev. Philip M. Duncan, II, The Episcopal Diocese of the Central Gulf Coast. The bishop is assisted by The Rev. Canon T. Mark Dunnam, Canon to the Ordinary. The parish priest is The Rev. John W. Hicks, Vicar, St. Mary's By-The-Sea. The architect is Mr. Bruce Knodel, AIA, Knodel and Associates Architects.
